HTC Sense ini merupakan andalan dari HTC Sensation. HTC Sense yang telah ditingkatkan ke versi 3.0 dengan penambahan fitur interactive lock screen baru. Tekan tombol power ketika layar telepon sedang sleep dan kita akan disambut dengan lock screen background dengan empat ikon aplikasi dapat disesuaikan.

Di HTC Sensation, kita dapat memilih HTC's FriendStream social network widget , foto dari gallery kita, harga saham atau lainnya untuk ditampilkan di lock screen.
